As a young black male originally from Nigeria, Moses shares with us his journey of moving to the U.K. and the challenges he experienced as a teenager in school. We talk all about coping with frequent moves and transitions, dealing with racial prejudice, and adapting to new environments. Our gems of wisdom from this episode are:

We talk with Beatrice all about processing multiple traumas, the therapeutic benefits of journaling, homesickness, self care, and how her past experiences have shaped her parenting style.
